Built on Real Conversations
bryneloxari started in a small Bankstown office back in 2019. Not with fancy software or complicated algorithms. Just a whiteboard, strong coffee, and genuine questions about why financial planning felt so disconnected from what people actually cared about.
We kept hearing the same thing: families wanted help reaching milestones that mattered to them. Not generic wealth-building plans. Not one-size-fits-all investment portfolios. They wanted someone to understand their specific situation and guide them toward real goals.

Why We Started This
Our founder spent twelve years at traditional financial firms. And honestly? She got frustrated. Most planning felt transactional. Clients would come in with real dreams—buying their first home, starting a business, planning a gap year with their kids before they left for university—and somehow the conversation always turned to generic investment products.
There had to be a better way. So we built bryneloxari around a simple idea: start with what matters to you, then work backwards to create a plan that gets you there.
No pressure to hit arbitrary wealth targets. No judgment about your current situation. Just practical guidance tailored to your actual life.
Since opening in early 2020, we've worked with over three hundred Australian families. Each one teaching us something new about what financial planning should really look like.
Meet Our Principal Strategist
Siobhan Kelleher
Principal Financial Strategist
Siobhan founded bryneloxari after spending too many years watching financial planning miss the point. She holds advanced qualifications in financial strategy but honestly learned more from sitting across the table from hundreds of families over fifteen years.
Her approach is straightforward. She listens first. Asks uncomfortable questions sometimes. And builds plans that reflect how you actually want to live, not how financial textbooks say you should live.
Outside the office, Siobhan spends weekends hiking through the Blue Mountains and volunteers with a local financial literacy programme for young adults.
How We Think About Planning
Financial planning shouldn't feel like homework. It should feel like having a thoughtful conversation with someone who genuinely wants to understand your situation and help you move forward.
Start With Context
We spend our first session just talking. Understanding your current situation, what's working, what's not, and where you want to be in three years. No spreadsheets yet. Just conversation.
Build Practical Steps
Once we understand your goals, we create clear action steps. Not vague suggestions. Specific moves you can take next week, next month, and over the coming year to make progress.
Adjust As Needed
Life changes. Jobs change. Priorities shift. We check in regularly and adjust your plan when circumstances evolve. Flexibility isn't optional—it's essential.
